If you want, join a campaign to get cola companies to switch to beet or cane sugars at thepoint[dot]com and search for corn syrup ...I just signed my name.
Hopefully this starts the path to better corporate responsibility. Cola companies seem to use cane or beet sugar in countries outside the U.S. Why not in the US?
I just dropped Fiber One Brand "Fiber Bars" and Fiber One Brand Cereals, because this stuff is in it.
Luckily, the grocery store I shop at has a 'Health Foods' section (though very small section), still it's an alternative, so I can at least find a cereal without this stuff in it.
In my country we hardly even use that stuff.
Ive tried looking just to see how it tastes.
Koolaid is loaded with refined sugars- deadly
Artificial flavors, preservatives, chemicals, and artificial colors.
Stick to non-fluoridated water, almond/rice milk, and fruit smoothies.
The best sugars are complex carbohydrates.. if you have a sweet craving try fruit.
By the way- if the honey is not organic raw honey than it has HFCS in it!
