Okay, I saw this also and I've had several tought about it. well for one we won't ever know if this is a legit video collected by the police. But notice throughout the video that the camera footage is normal but as soon as the girl enters the car the equiptment begins to act up...ghosts can interfere with electronics and cause strange things to happen.

Also notice after she says "and died" her face then resembles that of someone who had been injured where as before she looked fine...just a thought. Very strange and scary though.

Between 5.53 to 5.58 look at the right of the steering wheel on the dash, nothing...camera then zooms in on the road, becomes out of focus, then zooms out again, now at 6.01 on the dash right of the steering wheel, oops a mobile phone...edited and fake

Its a fake, because thats an old tale of a ghost in the roads in the forrest of Sintra. I have to say you have to understand portuguese very well in order to catch that the dialog is a bit fake, but again its only tiny details. and last, nobody in portugal hitch hikes, specialy in the night. and to finish: even if it was true, it would have already been all over the national news.

For those who say "Whoaaaah the camera starts to have problems while recording the face of the girl" are just .. uhm "naĂŻf" (that's a french word) Google My Friend says it's naive in english.
With a good post-production software you can easily make this effects of scratch on the tape ...
Anyway I'd like to believe in this kind of things!

Sure it's fake just look at the radio spot right side of the wheel from min 5.58 to 5.62 before the "wave" the's no cellphone and then a after voilá there's the cellphone :)
