Indescribable
a concept video that Melting Earth calls a "sync video"; originally created with a "click" track (metronome) in the left channel so that a drummer & band can play live to this video and stay in time - this demo version includes the stereo track as well as some sound FX (originally in the right channel so they could be added to the house mix of the band).
originally produced by P3T3RK3Y5 at the request of a friend to be used for the opening of a new church facility - it has since received a lot of attention.
the song is of course Chris Tomlin's version of Indescribable - and the lyrics are very literal (not very metaphorical - e.g. a river is a river, not freedom). i really tried to stretch the video story in new directions. Much of my inspiration is from Brian Green's Book "The Elegant Universe" (...if you can think of a more God-glorifying name for a book than that - let me know!!)... but also based on my own training. e.g. the cool looking formula's you see are "Maxwell's Equations", and they govern everything about light electricity and magnetism - or "electro-magnetic fields". I studied those four equations for two semesters in my undergrad engineering coursework, but didn't get a very good grade from my "fields" teacher.
Melting Earth has many more idea's for sync videos - but the start up costs for producing these is astronomical. Would you like to see more??? Let us know!!!

this song is incredible adn i agree with all of those who think that it is perfect for this video and i think all of you should reply 5+ because of how amazing it is. and jcmitchell the lord almighty doesnt ask you grovell at his feet, he DEMANDS that you submit to him and believe that he is the true creater of this earth and everything in the universe which this song describes perfectly. Its not that God is insecure. Believers of Him are so amazed by his goodness--we are awestruck--that He has done so much for everyone that the only right thing to do is fall to our knees. He created everything, isn't it only natural to worship Him for being so AMAZING!?!?!?!?

^ jcrmitchell, it's not that He demands it, it's because we CHOOSE to do it. He does not force us to do things, we choose to obey and worship Him because of what He has done for us. Because of the evidences He gives us, not just in phenomena but personally as well. That a God who made the Universe loves us humans, the greatest sinner, so much, and offered redemption and salvation.
That's the reason why "...awestruck we fall to our knees as we humbly proclaim, YOU ARE AMAZING GOD."

I just have to say, that part around 3 minutes is like us compared to the greatness of our Lord, and it reminds us that He created the whole world and so much more that our eyes are yet to see. Every clip in this video reminds me that our God is perfect and powerful and almighty and we can do nothing without His glory.

What proof do you believers have in judging that God is real? You hear the stories from the Bible since you are little kids and grow up to believe that every story you've been told to is real. There is a word for that... it's called brainwashing.

The bible was written over 1000's of years, there is no chance so many people from different millenium's managed to write so much that links up with each other, and has historical proof if it is just fairytales told to us as kids.
