Fyi: In the key you are in the A# would actually be called a Bb because the Bb would actually be scale degree 6 or the submediant in the key of Dm. So when you build the triad above this you could a major chord which is characteristic of the submediant chord in minor keys. Just thought I would add that in, nice job though.
