just lean forward when doing the turtle with two hands when you get used to one hand it will seem more easy

well in order to get enough momentum for like 10 windmills you have to swing both legs as hard as you can, while on ur shoulders collapse then you will be spinning on your back but have to restab almost immediatly, while spinning make sure to keep ur legs spread as wide and straight as possible it makes your windmills look better and if you do that your legs will magically never hit the ground. then restab dont worry about hitting ur fit you will have enough aiborne to restab and do another one
