Very interesting lecture and I like the presentation style very much, but can simple conditioning and association really explain fetishes and turn-ons? At least it doesn't seem to explain why some turn-ons eventually grow old and cease to arouse. The "chain of association" from underwear all the way to rape also seems a bit dubious.
