Whats with the comparison to Slipknot? I liked knot for a bit until they got too mainstream and melodic. Now they are just in it for the $. Where as Barnes and co. are in it for the fun and music and fans. He is approachable and cool as hell, see if you can get anywhere near Taylor or the others, no chance! And Barnes is a founder of Death Metal and i doubt that 20 years from now no-one from knot will even be around where as Barnes is still live and kickin ass!!!
