I would recommend runnin
early in the morning or when ever suits you.
runnin or joggin is the key to a flat stomach
try and loose the fat first then move on to abs exercises, as for the arms
I would say use light weights
but use them properly when I say properly I mean full curls do as many as you possibley can everyday and back to the abs thing
trust me on this
your not going to get a flat stomach just by doing abs exercises you have to loose the fat
first
so runnin joggin etc

All these videos are probably the best exercises ever, Even if the music is cheesy...They work. I have a six pack now, as well as all rest of body parts toned out.
Make sure to do these work-outs first, then eat something healthy afterwards.
I wonder if the people in this video are still alive.

Ya when I do bicycle kicks, my right knee constantly pops. It's just a joint rub basically. I would agree with xtyling. Nothing to worry, besides the fact it SEEMS bad. In reality though, it's natural.

Well, if you eat properly (no junk food, 5 to 6 SMALL meals a day etc), you will propably get to see some results after month or two. If you work hard for it and do some other exercises than just this one, you could get some results even after only two weeks!
But to be honest these are just my own speculations, don't mind about them too much. Remember: Don't take this as a "diet and temporary exercise". You must decide now that "I'm going to change the way of my life." -----

well if you dont want bulk then do what they are saying but like 2 times a day and let if slowly so it gives yoor mucles time to rest while still working out. also it will probably take somewhere around 2 weeks. the only other way that isnt excerising in this way is dance and thats how i got toned.
