early in the morning or when ever suits you.
runnin or joggin is the key to a flat stomach
try and loose the fat first then move on to abs exercises, as for the arms
I would say use light weights
but use them properly when I say properly I mean full curls do as many as you possibley can everyday and back to the abs thing
trust me on this
your not going to get a flat stomach just by doing abs exercises you have to loose the fat
first
so runnin joggin etc
Make sure to do these work-outs first, then eat something healthy afterwards.
I wonder if the people in this video are still alive.

And if I want to slim and tone my thighs, what else should I do? I don't have time to jog outside or anything, so something inside would be prefered.
But to be honest these are just my own speculations, don't mind about them too much. Remember: Don't take this as a "diet and temporary exercise". You must decide now that "I'm going to change the way of my life." -----
