Well, this is a Rube Goldberg device, not an airplane. The concept "spinny thing disturbs air so it moves" is sufficient to get rolling on the idea for a small part of the whole thing.

P-factor is what causes a propeller airplane to yaw in one direction or another due to the propeller. It's a side effect of what moves the plane, but is not what actually moves the plane.

It is relative. The hidden weights at the top of the wheels ARE falling DOWN and 'pulling' the wheel along with it. As long as the weight is falling down, it matters not if the plane under the wheel is inclined or not -- as long as the weight is heavy enough to 'pull' the wheel. However, it IS fake as far as they rigged these items -- Like substituting a fan for an air-foil
