and when I suddenly stop playing it I get very weird hilly form of muscles,
especially in my arms.
Can I overcome such annoying effects of weight playing?
- is it possible only with body workouts (without wights, except 2,5kg or so)
to get a sculptured man body, with endurance power? (I'm not interested in big muscles, I like the quality not the quantity)
Note: I don't take any special bodybuilding nutrients.
The last one was kinda hard to do though! LoL
